Refund Policy of Saltbush Innovations (Wadimedia Pty Ltd)

Saltbush Innovations values our customers and strives to deliver high-quality products and services. This Refund Policy explains under what circumstances we may offer refunds, returns, or exchanges, in compliance with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

Scope

This policy applies to all goods and services offered by Saltbush Innovations, including but not limited to subscriptions to Saltbush AI, custom builds, and done-with-you services.

Australian Consumer Law

Our products and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a refund or replacement for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. For minor failures, we are entitled to choose between providing a repair, replacement, or refund.

Refund Eligibility

Major Failure: You are entitled to a refund or replacement for a major failure of a product or service and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.

Minor Failure: For minor issues, Saltbush Innovations reserves the right to offer a repair or replacement first before a refund is considered.

Change of Mind: Generally, refunds are not provided for change of mind. However, Saltbush Innovations may, at its discretion, offer a refund, exchange, or credit note on a case-by-case basis.

Custom Builds and Services: Given their bespoke nature, refunds are not available once work has commenced or been completed. A partial or full refund may be considered if the service has not started and the cancellation is requested within a reasonable timeframe.

Client Responsibilities and Content Compliance

Clients are solely responsible for the content of their marketing communications sent out using our services and software. This responsibility includes ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, such as those enforced by the Australian Communications and Media Authority (ACMA).

Liability for Content-Related Issues

Clients must address any complaints or legal issues arising from their marketing content. This includes complaints to authorities like the ACMA. Such issues do not constitute a deficiency in our service or software and do not entitle the client to a refund.

Indemnification

Clients agree to indemnify Saltbush Innovations against any claims, liabilities, or expenses arising from their marketing content or failure to comply with laws and regulations.

Requesting a Refund

To request a refund, contact our customer service with proof of purchase and a detailed explanation of your issue. We will respond within a reasonable timeframe.

Processing Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within a specified number of days.
